United StatesIt looks nothing like model or pictures, truly disappointed!! The color is wrong!! And this wig is expensive not happy at all, want to return but I think to many days have passed, You could check your records and see in the last months how many wigs I have purchased I have been satisfied, I wonder if through a different company I would be more satisfied??

Serious case of box hair but I haven’t given up. I am trying to train the front section, which wants to stick straight out and looks unnatural.

The construction of this is pretty good.. I like the cap, love that it's heat friendly synthetic, I do a lot of baking and taking off my wig every time I need to open the oven gets old.. I will say, I'm not sure how or why, I've never had a wig do this before. The back of this wig just got so tangled and it got so bad it had to be cut.. I've had many many wigs, and never had the back of a wig do this.. I've had long wigs short wigs, never had a wig get so tangled in the back.. I use quality shampoo and conditioner specifically for synthetic wigs.. My main problem is, is that I do NOT like switching my hair to something too different.. I don't want anyone to know I wear a wig.. Now that I have paid 300 for this one, I'm going to have to wait until I save up again to get another one.. I'm not mad and I do intend to purchase another one, but it got so bad there was no way to wait for another one without doing something to this one.. now that the tangled mess has been cut out, its shorter than I wanted but I haven't had any more problems with it..
