Easy process to purchase, shipping time was reasonable. The cut is very flattering and the length is perfect if youโre looking for a longer look but itโs not so long that itโs difficult to manage.

I really love Kate. Itโs one of my go to pieces. I have to say, though that the last couple times that I have received it, the coloration of the piece is not consistent. It is Amaretto and cream and the blondish highlights in it are now becoming very subtle where they used to be a little bit more pronounced, Iโm hoping that the next batch that is made maybe they will change the color so that itโs back to the way I am used to having that look like

Terrible. I was told it would be ready in 2-5 weeks. Then it was another 1-3 weeks. Then I stopped getting responses to my emails. A simple weโre sorry would have been nice
