Easy process to purchase, shipping time was reasonable. The cut is very flattering and the length is perfect if you’re looking for a longer look but it’s not so long that it’s difficult to manage.

I really love Kate. It’s one of my go to pieces. I have to say, though that the last couple times that I have received it, the coloration of the piece is not consistent. It is Amaretto and cream and the blondish highlights in it are now becoming very subtle where they used to be a little bit more pronounced, I’m hoping that the next batch that is made maybe they will change the color so that it’s back to the way I am used to having that look like

Terrible. I was told it would be ready in 2-5 weeks. Then it was another 1-3 weeks. Then I stopped getting responses to my emails. A simple we’re sorry would have been nice
