Wouldnât trust this company
I had over $1400 in credit and they went ahead and not only took the money out of my credit but took the money out of my bank account. I wouldnât trust the bookkeeping. They do not know how to add but they sure as heck know how to subtract my best suggestion is to go elsewhere and if youâre within the United States, stay at this side of the border, oh yes, Canadian, I considered the Nicest people on the face of the Earth until they get your money then all of a sudden they canât seem to understand that Two and two equals four they took away over $150 of gift cards. They caused my bank account to be overdrawn so that was $70 and if you have to make me turns, you have to do it their way. US postal priority and then you have to wait for five days after they receive it to get the money back into your account and then they donât give you back your tax and when you want it to come UPS to you they want you to email them to tell them that the package has to come to you by UPS and then they go ahead and they send it the Postal Service anyway so they want us to jump through hoops they keep our money and then when itâs time to use what we call our store, they call a voucher which you can only use once but they donât tell you all this you have to learn it by getting burned and this company burns really well. They have harassed me. They have insulted me they have made claims that have not been true nor can they prove any of it because it never happened so yeah I go elsewhere because theyâre not worth dealing with , nice to your face, but theyâll pick pocket yeah
